GPC leader assassinated in Al-Beidha

SANA'A, July 11-Unknown armed men assassinated Saturday a leading member of the General People's Congress, headed by former president Ali Saleh, in Al-Beidha governorate.

Local sources said the armed men opened fire at Abdulrahamn Al-Qawsi when he was near his house, leaving him dead in the heart of Al-Beidha city.

In the same vein, 10 citizens were killed in Saudi-led airstrikes in Al-Malahim district of Al-Beidha on Saturday.
