Sana'a- Saudi-led warplanes resumed Sunday striking Houthi locations in Taiz, leaving casualties serious damages to civilians' properties, local sources said.
The sources said the house of Ayoub Tarish, Yemen's famous singer's house was also targeted.
The sources said the strikes bombed the surroundings of republican palace and locations in Bair Basha area to the west of Taiz city.
The strikes caused resounding explosions, and big columns of smoke rose of the targeted locations, according to the sources.
The sources added the airstrikes forced residents to evacuate from their houses near the republican palace and Bair Basha to safe further places.
Saudi-led airstrikes have been hitting Houthis across Yemen since March, leaving a number of casualties and millions of internally displaced persons.
