The Saudi-led warplanes Arab on Monday evening launched three airstrikes, targeting military positions and reinforcements of the Houthi group and Saleh's forces in Taiz.

According to local sources, the strikes targeted locations in Alsilw and Khadir, southeast of Taiz province.

The sources also said the strikes killed and wounded several Houthi fighters in addition to destroying their military equipment in Taiz.

Saudi-led coalition has fighting the Houthis in Yemen since early 2015 in support of the internationally recognized government. Houthis toppled the government in 2015.
